We determine the average product rating using customer-submitted ratings. However, certain reviews may not be displayed if they contain profanity, review the wrong product, include inappropriate or irrelevant content, or disclose personally identifiable information. Reviews are not removed, edited, or filtered solely based on being negative or low-rated. If a review is excluded, its rating is not factored into the average product rating.
